J'Vita CosMedic Group Shipping Policy
 
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via ground service for arrival in 5-7 business days. We require a street address and daytime phone number at time of order. When there are multiple shipments of a single order, all delivery charges are applied to the first shipments. Please note:
  • Claims and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of shipment. All packing materials must be saved.
  • Upgraded delivery services are available for an additional charge on any in-stock items.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to an additional fee.
  • Equipment, furniture and customized items will ship with a COMMERCIAL CARRIER and require freight to be billed at the time of ordering.

COMMERCIAL DELIVERIES OPTIONS:

(1) CURBSIDE STANDARD DELIVERY: Includes ground freight to address location; customer is responsible for assisting in removing product from truck. At least one strong person, in addition to the driver is required. Additionally, customer is responsible for moving the product into the building or its final destination without assistance from the Freight Company.

(2) LIFTGATE: Delivered to address location and removed from truck. The service is required if customer is unable to assist driver in removing the table from the truck and does not include inside delivery of product. The customer is responsible for moving the product into the building or its final destination without assistance from the Freight Company.

(3) ONE MAN INSIDE DELIVERY: Delivered to address location, customer is responsible for assisting in removing product from truck. Product is delivered through the main entrance or into garage of the building only. Does not include delivery into specific room or upstairs delivery by elevator or stairs. It does not include removing product from the box, setting up the product, and haul away of trash and all packing materials.

(4) ONE MAN INSIDE DELIVERY with LIFTGATE: Delivered to address location and removed from truck. The service is required if customer is unable to assist driver in removing the table from the truck. Product is delivered through the main entrance or garage of the building only. Does not include delivery into specific room or upstairs delivery by elevator or stairs. It does not include removing product from the box, setting up the product, and haul away of trash and all packing materials.

(5) TWO MAN INSIDE DELIVERY: Delivered to address location, removed from truck, delivered inside at ground level and does not include delivery into a specific location within the building. It does not include delivery up stairs if freight elevator is not available. It does not include removing product from the box, setting up the product, and haul away of trash and all packing materials.

(6) WHITE GLOVE: When available, includes all of the above as well as product being removed from packaging and hauling away of trash and all packing materials.

  • 1=Economical
  • 2=Moderate Economical
  • 3=Relatively Expensive
  • 4=Moderately Expensive
  • 5= Very Expensive
  • 6=Not advised, unless customer wants hands-free delivery

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES:
Add $50 to each shipment when delivering to a Residential Address.

CALL-AHEAD SERVICE:
Add $20 to each shipment when delivering to either Commercial or Residential Address.


PRICING:
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Canadian prices are subject to applicable taxes, (USA is tax exempt.)
  • Orders over $175.00 within BC, shipping is included, excluding, beds, waxes or large cubed items.
  • Orders over $300.00 outside of BC, shipping is included, excluding, beds, waxes or large cubed items.

PAYMENT:
  • By Cash, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order, Cheque, Cash COD , Pay Pal, Leasing available on equipment sales

RETURNS:
  • Damage from shipping must be claimed from the carrier within 24 hours.
  • Claims & Shortages must be reported within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
  • All goods must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition. ( No returns on cosmetics or electrolytes).
  • No returns without prior authorization.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and original shipping fees.
  • Unauthorized returns are subject to an additional 10% fee.
  • No returns after 30 days of invoice.
  • Due to manufacturers return policies, we can no longer accept returns on equipment.
  • $7.50 charge on all CODS going through Canada Post.

WARRANTIES:
  • Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; shipping is paid by the customer for warranty repairs.
